About meI am a qualified Alexander teacher, and a member of the Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique (M.S.T.A.T.). I am based in Oldfield Park, Bath. I began learning the Alexander Technique whilst suffering from repetitive strain injury ('RSI'), which developed as a result of computer mis-use. I have a background in social work and in art & design. The Alexander Technique helped enormously in my recovery from 'RSI' and inspired me to undertake the three year full time training to become an Alexander teacher. I trained at the Bristol Alexander Technique Training School Association (B.A.T.T.S.A.). I have taught the Alexander Technique to many different people. Some of them have written about the experience and you can read what they've said here on the site. If you are interested in having lessons with me, or would like a chat about the Alexander Technique, you can phone or e-mail me. |
